The cooking plate is made of a 10 mm of tempered unscratchable carbon steel. It distributes an equal heat so meat never sticks on the plate.
The temperature can reach 400 Celcious in the grill center at the time of cooking. So it provides perfect sealing in meat and does not lose its juice.
The inner chamber is made in alumunized steel that you can easily clean it up by removing. Cleaning the grill plate is done with vinegar and is kept with liquid oil such as sunflower or olive.
